My name is Courtney Koç and I know what you’re thinking (It’s pronounced “coach” not “cock”) and if I were to describe myself in one word… I really couldn’t. My ADD wouldn’t allow it. I’m much too deep and intricate to be labeled with only one word. While I’m passionate about real estate, I also love the simple things, like fashion, traveling, eating, having a good time (always a classic) and showing people that they can too.

Originally from Southern California, I studied Interior Design at IDI in Newport Beach and worked for a few interior design firms before moving to New York City in 2012 where my true adventure awaited me.

Starting off as an administrative assistant at a top producing real estate firm on Wall Street, I transitioned into an agent and have worked for several successful companies before moving to Las Vegas.

When I started this adventure I was convinced by my peers that this was my calling. To tell you the truth, I always thought being a real estate agent was the last stop on everyone's career train when the original dream didn’t pan out, but boy was I wrong.

There is no better feeling than to see the sigh of relief on a client’s face when I hand them the keys on closing day. It’s such a huge accomplishment whether it’s their first time or their 100th. Buying real estate is an important part of a person's life and I feel honored to be a part of it. Now, with 10 years of experience from New York I look forward to expanding this feeling by bringing this same energy to Las Vegas.
