New York City’s rental process seems to be the most daunting especially if you’re not prepared for it. In this video I explain everything you’ve ever wanted to know about the rental application process. I discuss how it works, the documents you will need, what kind of application landlords are looking for and some alternative routes if you think your application might be questionable.

One point I forgot to mention is how the application is put together. Most landlords like to look at an organized file rather than piecey items or screenshots . I have attached a pdf file here to show how documents should be presented.
