NYC Disclosure Form Explained

I have been in Real Estate for about 3 years now, and it surprises me how many people I still come across who have rented or bought and sold in NYC and still haven’t seen this form, so I decided to give you a little insight as to what it is, as well as rental fee agreements. It seems as though some folk don’t seem to understand the concept of signing a document when they haven’t viewed the apartment yet and so I clear that up.
